The massages at the Stamford location are always great! I would totally recommend Woodner if you're interested. I would also like to highlight the Total Stretch Therapy. It was recommended to receive this service before getting a massage (it's also good on its own) but as a person that's in the gym multiple times a week this was a great combo! Sal was very informative and I could definitely see a difference in my mobility when i'm exercising.

It's always a pleasure going. I always feel better after my massage. The staff is courteous , professional and knowledgeable . I leave relaxed and refreshed. I've been going for years. It's now my ritual, nassages are part of my self care routine. A must! Woodner and Glorivi are awesome and the best! She even gave me a print out of stretches I could do at home. You rock Glorivi!
